Thank you for Booking your Teeth Whitening Session! To Ensure the Best Results and Maintain your Brighter Smile, Please Follow these Guidelines:
After Your Whitening Treatment:
- Wait at least 45 Minutes before Brushing to Allow your Enamel to Settle
- Avoid Cold Foods & Drinks Immediately after Treatment; your Enamel Pores Remain Open and may be More Sensitive
- Avoid Foods with Natural Dyes (ie. Strawberries, Blackberries) for 24-48 Hrs
- Avoid Dark Sauces (ie. BBQ Sauce & Soy Sauce) for 24-48 Hrs
- Avoid Consuming Dark Liquids (ie. Coffee, Tea, Red Wine) for 24-48 Hrs
- No Smoking for 24-48 Hrs to Prevent Staining
Important Notes:
- Your Enamel Pores Remain Open after Whitening; the Whitening Gel Continues to Work for up to 8 Hours Post-Treatment
- The Longer you Avoid Staining Foods & Drinks, the Better Your Final Results
- If waiting 24-48 Hours is not possible, a Minimum of 2 Hours of avoidance is required
