The Business Barbershop & Spa Service Policy:
At The Business Barbershop & Spa we understand busy schedules and circumstances and are happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment with 48 Hours Notice for any Barber or Spa Appointment. We require a Credit Card to Secure all Services/Appointments. We do not charge the card unless in the event of a No Show/Required Notice. With a No Show/Missed Appointment/Time we will Charge the Full Value of the Services. We Appreciate Your Understanding, No Shows are Difficult/Costly for a Small Business. There is a 2.4% processing fee charge for Visa, Mastercard and Debit for All Services & Products that we pass along at the time of payment.
Gift Cards Must Be Presented at the Time of Service, The Business is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards or unauthorized use. Gift Cards are nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
We respect our clients and staff privacy and do not take or allow photographs or video in the shop, it is a place where personal services are delivered and as such, we do not allow photographs, videos or use images on social media. Thank you for your understanding.
